Nail Treatments Level 2
The VTCT Level 2 Certificate in Nail Treatments is designed for learners who wish to develop practical skills and knowledge in professional nail services. This qualification provides comprehensive training in manicure and pedicure treatments while developing essential salon skills such as client care, health and safety, and professional communication.

Entry Requirements
The entry requirements for this course are:
- 4 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, including English and Maths where possible
- Successful interview and assessment
- Interest in beauty therapy and nail services
- Good communication and customer service skills

What will I study?
This course consists of the following modules:
- Follow Health and Safety Practice in the Salon
- Client Care and Communication in Beauty-related Industries
- Provide Manicure Treatments
- Provide Pedicure Treatments

You will be assessed through:
- Practical observations in a salon environment
- Portfolio of evidence
- Written assignments
- Professional discussions

- Online or paper-based external assessments
- Knowledge tests
A minimum standard must be achieved in both practical and theoretical assessments.
